5-Step K-Beauty Routine
One of the first things you hear about when starting out with K-Beauty is the multi-step skincare routine. Originally famous for 10 steps, these days you can find 15 step and even 20 steps!
Let’s be real though. Doing more than 10 steps is an indulgence in both time and budget, and not everyone has a whole lot of either one. Even if you do, some days you just want to pamper yourself in the least amount of time possible.
If this sounds like you, good news!
It’s possible to get almost all the benefits of a multi-step K-Beauty routine in just 5 steps.
If you wear sunscreen or makeup regularly, No matter what products you use, always cleanse your skin before applying skincare. If you’re a regular makeup user or have sunscreen on, we always recommend adouble cleanse.
An oil soluble cleanser will efficiently dissolve sunscreen and makeup without needing to scrub it off. A second water soluble foam or cream cleanser will handle the rest for freshly cleansed, hydrated skin!

After cleansing your face, your skin’s pH levels may have changed (this is how oil gets removed from your face). Toners get your skin back to its optimal pH level, creating the perfect canvas for the rest of your routine.

K-Beauty loves providing targeted solutions for all sorts of skin goals – these are often found in serums or ampoules.
These products are super concentrated solutions that target concerns like dry skin, sun spots, wrinkles, pigmentation and many more.
If you want to treat more than one skincare goal, don’t worry – you don’t have to choose just one serum! There’s nothing wrong with using as many serums as you like at this stage. Just remember to leave enough time for one to dry before applying the next.
