CELEBRATING 100 EPISODES OF THE KOREAN BEAUTY SHOW - Episode Summary
2020
- Started the podcast as a way to connect to our audience in Australia instead of our regular Kbeauty meetups. We used to get a max of a couple of hundred people to those. Now we get literally hundreds of listeners every day.
- Back in 2020, we started the podcast talking about things like maskne, misconceptions people had about Kbeauty and the basics of the Korean beauty routine.
- End 2020 - Launched Jelly Ko, STYLE STORY's first in-house brand.

2021
- We started talking a lot more in depth about skincare topics like popular myths to bust, how to use particular products like Vitamin C, and Sleeping Masks, we talked about popular skin trends in Korea.
- Running this podcast has given me the opportunity to speak to many more people about Kbeauty topics, across Australia and the world. Because of the show, I’ve had the opportunity to speak to Bed Threads, Cosmetic Design Asia, news.com.au, Body & Soul, Beauty Crew, Inside Retail and more.
- We had some fantastic collaboration opportunities, including one with Jelly Ko and Cha Time.

2022
- At the start of this year we switched up our format to two episodes a week
- As a result of our growing audience in the States we were lucky enough to launch Jelly Ko on verishop.com, our first official US retailer
- I’ve also landed a regular gig on Korean radio program TBS efm discussing Kbeauty on their newly launched Style Files corner.
- Jelly Ko has two new products about to launch
What's Next?

We're broadening the scope of the show to talk about beauty procedures, Korean culture, language and more.

The biggest news is about to come for STYLE STORY, with our launch into one of Australia’s biggest retailers about to happen. This will be a really exciting new way for Aussies to shop Kbeauty and open up possibilities to introduce Korean beauty products to a whole new audience that probably aren’t as familiar with it.
- We're also excited to be exploring more opportunities in the US
