Don’t Leave Skincare Until The Last Minute

Manage Stress
12 – 6 Months Before The Wedding
Go for the big guns.
If you want to try lasers or other professional treatments, now is the ideal time to do it. Don’t leave this stuff too close to the wedding, or you risk side effects that you hadn’t bargained for, as well as skin that’s potentially stressed out, breaking out or blotchy.

Keep your routine simple, sticking to products you know work for your skin. Now is not the time to be introducing new products into your routine – instead, stick to tried and tested products to avoid any adverse reactions.
Time to get glowing!
Start your day by double cleansing, and then begin your treatments. Start off with a soothing eye mask to help de-puff and brighten your eyes, a quick Vitamin C boost to get you glowing and then a good face mask to plump and boost the complexion.
Follow your face mask with a mix of serums containing hyaluronic acid, galactomyces and propolis.
Use your regular moisturiser and make sure you don’t skip the sunscreen. If you’re worried about your sunscreen interacting with the photographer’s flash, take some test shots before the big day (when you are having your makeup trial is a great time!)
Last but not least, don’t forget to pack a misting spray in case you need a quick pep up throughout the day.
