Important: We Are Still Fully Operational And Able To Deliver All Orders, However There Are Known Delays
Sydney Warehouse - Dispatch Delays
Our warehouse in Sydney is still fully operational and able to dispatch orders. However, due to the lockdown restrictions in New South Wales, all orders are being dispatched with a two day delay.
Even though the team are currently working 7 days a week, they are unable to keep up with the volume of orders with the impacts of anti-virus measures in their facility.
Brisbane Warehouse - No Delays
Our Brisbane warehouse is able to dispatch orders that contain ONLY Jelly Ko or Subi
products immediately from Brisbane. There will be no dispatch delays to these orders.
Known Shipping Delays
All our logistics partners are suffering from internal congestion delays within their networks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdowns across Australia and anti-virus measures.
This is currently seriously affecting Australia Post. Australia Post are suffering from staff shortages and have advised us that at any given day they have up to 500 staff unable to work.
They are also experiencing shutdowns at their processing facilities for disinfection.
This has created a significant backlog of orders. There will be delays to all orders across Australia Post's shipping network.
Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.
We will do everything we can to assist, but please expect delays. All reports indicate that this problem is expected to worsen as we approach Black Friday / Christmas.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, please know that there are significant delays to international postage networks.
Many parcels are being re-routed through third countries on their way out of Australia.
Parcels going from Australia to the US are transiting through New Zealand, which is adding to the delivery times. Please allow up 3-4 weeks for your international orders to reach you.
We are experiencing delays with restocking our products due to the sky-rocketing prices of shipping containers and the overcrowding of boats from Korea.
This situation has been worsening since 2020. It is expected to get worse as we approach the Christmas 2021 period.
Please bare with us as we are doing everything we can to bring your new products to Australia.
