This is our COVID19 Action Plan for June 2020:
Our warehouse in Sydney is still fully operational and able to despatch orders within 24 hours.
For their safety, warehouse staff now work in split shifts.
Team 1 will be working from 5am until 12pm and Team 2 will be working from 12:30pm to 6pm. Working in split shifts will help to minimise any potential spread between staff and keep the warehouse operational in the event of a potential outbreak.
There will be a break between the shifts for Team 1 and Team 2 to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize all work stations.
As of 15 April 2020 DHL has advised us that deliveries to the following countries from Australia have been suspended:

We have been advised by all our logistics partners that there are internal congestion delays within their networks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have seen delayed scan events and extended transit times:
1: Australia Post has advised us that they are behind with deliveries.
2: Australia Post has also advised that they have suspended their next day guarantee for their Express Post service.
3: Australia Post has reduced letter post deliveries to every second business day only. This is significantly impacting on delivery times for COSRX pimple patch and Subi only orders.
3: Proof of delivery: All carriers are not enforcing signature on delivery due to social distancing, therefore we are unable to guarantee that we can give you proof of delivery if requested.
Takeaway: Please expect some delays with your deliveries. DO NOT BE ALARMED IF your parcel tracking does not move for a week or more at a time. This is currently the norm.
We have been advised by both DHL and Australia Post that tracking numbers may not be working at this time.
This doesn’t mean that your parcel isn’t on it’s way to you, simply that the couriers aren’t currently scanning in their parcels (due to high demand). This means they aren’t triggering the tracking and alerts you would normally receive.
We understand that this may be incredibly inconvenient for you.
Takeaway: We are working alongside Australia Post to ensure that SS orders are a top priority. For letter post orders, expect these to take twice as long as normal.
