Dr Ceuracle Propolis Ampoule Review
Formerly known as Leegeehaam, this Korean skincare icon has recently undergone a massive rebranding – meet Dr Ceuracle.
Founded in 2000, Leegeehaam was a pioneering Korean dermatology clinic and created what became one of the leaders in Korea’s cosmeceuticals industry.
The manufacturers of iconic products like LJH Tea Tree Essence, the new rebranding has seen some of the brand’s cult favourite products undergo a slight name change, as well as a formula upgrade. We wanted to make sure that signature products like the beloved Propolis Ampoule still live up to their reputation so we put the new formula to the test.
After a few months testing out a bottle of the new formula here is our Dr Ceuracle Propolis Ampoule review.

Everything it says on the package – and so much more! Many companies claim to deliver glass skin in a bottle, but Dr Ceuracle actually delivers.
It’s hard to believe that just 15ml of product can deliver such visible changes to the complexion but having seen it with our own eyes, the proof is undeniable. For those that are especially sensitive to fragrance, there’s a mild honey scent to it but it’s almost undetectable.
The full ingredients list for this serum is:
Propolis Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides Extract, Panthenol, Rosa Centifolia Flower Water, Niacinamide, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Bark/Twig Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Carbomer, Arginine, Spirodela Polyrrhiza Extract , Hydroxyethylcellulose, Dipotassium, Glycyrrhizate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Adenosine”
The star ingredient propolis accounts for 50% of the formula, which is a great proportion to ensure it is able to actively protect and nourish the skin.
Centella Asiatica (aka Cica) accounts for 26% of the formula and assists to soothe and repair damaged and sensitive skin.
Niacinamide (the provitamin of B5) contributes to the glow up! Sea buckthorn (aka hippophae rhamnoides) makes up 10% of the formula. This is a truly great skincare ingredient that is naturally rich in vitamins, repairs oxidative damage and has wonderful anti-aging properties. It hydrates the skin and promotes the formation of collagen. Other vitamin derivatives make up 10% of the formula, for a revitalized and even tone.
The formula is free of parabens, silicones, colorants, alcohol, mineral oils, making it perfect for sensitive skin.
Apply 2~3 drops and gently pat to aid absorb.
Upon application, the ampoule immediately leaves the skin more radiant and bright, leaving it soft and supple with a lightly dewy glow. It applies beautifully when layered with other products in your skincare routine and isn’t sticky (unlike other propolis serums on the market), meaning you can safely use it both morning and night.
Others have reported enjoying mixing a few drops of this in with other skincare products, but for us, the drops of liquid gold are best enjoyed on their own.
This ampoule may be pricier than others on the market but it is worth every last drop.
The concentration of 50% propolis helps to even out skin tone, smooth the skin’s texture, improve dullness, and revitalize the complexion.
We adore the mixture of niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, sea buckthorn and vitamins for delivering what many others promise but few fail to deliver – glass skin.
