How Did You Discover Korean Beauty?
“Pretty much completely by accident! I tried a sheet mask, a BB Cream, a few weird and wonderful K-Beauty goodies and then realised there was a whole wonderful world of amazing skincare to explore.”
What’s Your Skin Type And Concerns?
“I’m pretty lucky that my skin is *usually* quite good. I do have an oily T-zone and suffer from hormonal breakouts. I also have some pigmentation spots and congested pores around my nose and chin too.”
What Is The First K-Beauty Product Or Brand You Ever Tried?
“The first product I ever tried came to me in a beauty subscription box. It was Milky Foot. If you’ve ever used Milky Foot, it’s a hard introduction to K-Beauty! It doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything, and then for a week you look like your feet are diseased and then you have amazing, silky smooth feet.”

What Are Your Top 3 Korean Beauty Products And Why?
“Missha Strobeam Starter– It’s an amazing product that gives a gorgeous natural glow. You can wear it under makeup, or just on its own and I love how natural it looks.
JJ Young by Caolion Pore Erasing Stick – This doesn’t look like much but I love that it’s simple to use and works amazing well at getting rid of blackheads and congestion.
Banila Clean It Zero Cleansing Balms – These little cleansers pack a real punch. They remove even the most stubborn waterproof makeup easily and leave your skin feeling super soft. They also come in a huge range so you’re guaranteed to find one you like. And the packaging is adorable too!”
What’s The Strangest Korean Ingredient You’ve Ever Tried?
“Definitely placenta! It’s not as gross as it sounds but I’m still not 100% sure about it. I know a lot of people swear by it but it might be a bit too weird for me.”
If You Could Gift One K-Beauty Product To Your Bff For Christmas What Would It Be And Why?
“My BFF loves cruelty free products so I would give her the Benton Dear My Best Friend Bar. Facial soaps are making a huge comeback in K-Beauty too so she would be right on trend.”
