OUR COVID19 Action Plan

An update to you to let you know what’s happening at SS during COVID19.

Important: We are still fully operational and able to deliver all orders.

This is our COVID19 Action Plan as of 31 March 2020:


If you follow us on Instagram you will see that we made the decision to shut our office in March. 

Our admin team are now all working from home.

We are working our regular hours and are available to you as usual. You can email, message or phone us and we will be able to respond to your needs. 


Our warehouse in Sydney is still fully operational. 

For their safety, warehouse staff will now work in split shifts. 

Team 1 will be working from 5am until 12pm and Team 2 will be working from 12:30pm to 6pm. Working in split shifts will help to minimise any potential spread between staff and keep the warehouse operational in the event of a potential outbreak. 

There will be a break between the shifts for Team 1 and Team 2 to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize all work stations.


Freight and logistics are considered “essential” as referenced in the Prime Minister’s recent announcements. Alongside our carrier partners Australia Post and DHL we continue to ensure your local, interstate and international shipments are delivered as you require them.


With these changes in place, we remain operational. You can still shop on and email us with any questions at 

All our orders are still able to be dispatched within 24 hours. 

As our warehouse is located on a major trucking line in Sydney, there are no known delays with our Australian deliveries at this stage.
