SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $80 AUD within Australia* shipping from our Sydney warehouse with tracked shipping.
We charge a flat rate of $7.30 AUD for Regular Shipping and $12.25 AUD for Express Shipping within Australia. Your order will be sent through Australia Post and will be trackable.
All orders are packed and sent at 8:20am (AEDT) Monday – Friday. Any orders received after this time will be posted the following business day.
Regular Post After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1 – 5 Business Days to deliver your parcel if you are in a major metro area. Sydney metro orders can usually be delivered in 24 hours. If you need your products quicker than this, please choose Express Post.
For all regional areas, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

STYLE STORY SHIPS WORLDWIDE for a flat rate of $15 AUD via DHL tracked international shipping. International orders take roughly 5 – 12 days to be received.
ORDER DELIVERY PROCESS
All orders are processed and packed if received by 2pm the same day (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday). As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your Junk Email inbox.
Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us. If you do not receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us within 4 business days of placing your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your full name and order number so that we can follow up for you. Before doing this, kindly check that our email has not been redirected to your Junk email inbox.

1. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year. Please check our ‘News and Promotions‘ page to see whether any known delays are currently affecting shipping.
2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “Returned to Sender”, marked “delivered” but are missing or packages that are delayed in transit.
3. If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with your order, you are responsible for an additional postage and handling fee of $20 to have the parcel redelivered to you. if you choose not to have the parcel redelivered, $20 will be deducted from the value of your order before reimbursement (to cover the additional postage and handling fees we receive as a penalty from Australia Post). We are not responsible for uncollected or improperly addressed parcels.
4. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
