DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

 

AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $80 AUD within Australia* shipping from our Sydney warehouse. 

We charge a flat rate of $6.60 AUD for Regular Shipping and $12.10 AUD for Express Shipping within Australia. Your order will be sent through Australia Post or via courier. 

All orders placed before 2pm will be fulfilled the same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be fulfilled the next day. 

Regular Post  After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1 – 5 Business Days to deliver your parcel if you are in a major metro area. Sydney metro orders can usually be delivered in 1 day. If you need your products quicker than this, please choose Express Post. 

For all regional areas, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

Express Post After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1 – 3 Business Days to be delivered to a major metro area. For all non-metro areas, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

STYLE STORY SHIPS WORLDWIDE for a flat rate of $15 AUD via DHL. International orders take roughly 3 – 20 days to be received, depending on the country. 

ORDER DELIVERY PROCESS

All orders are processed and packed if received by 2pm the same day (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday). As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your Junk Email inbox.

Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us. If you do not receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us within 4 business days of placing your order, please email us immediately at admin@stylestory.com.au with your full name and order number so that we can follow up for you. Before doing this, kindly check that our email has not been redirected to your Junk email inbox.

Tracking Your Order

For all Australian orders, your individual tracking number will be sent to you by Australia Post. 

If you do not receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking ID after you receive your Order Complete notification from STYLE STORY, please check your junk email inbox, as Australia Post emails are sometimes redirected here. If you do not receive an Australia Post tracking email and your order has not been delivered within 5 business days, please contact us.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year. Please check our ‘News and Promotions‘ page to see whether any known delays are currently affecting shipping.

2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “Returned to Sender”, marked “delivered” but are missing or packages that are delayed in transit.

3. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
