SHIPPING & DELIVERY – AUSTRALIAN-BASED WAREHOUSE
DOMESTIC ORDERS – AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $110 AUD within Australia.*
We charge a flat rate of $7.45 AUD for Regular Shipping and $12.45 AUD for Express Shipping within Australia.
Your order will be sent through Australia Post and will not require signing on delivery.
ORDERS – NEW ZEALAND
For our neighbours in New Zealand, we offer a $15 flat rate for items up to 2kg (pricing up to 30kg available).
STYLE STORY SHIPS WORLDWIDE
We charge a flat rate of $15AUD for tracked air mail to Asia, the UK, Canada, the United States of America, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands and Germany (for orders up to 2kg in weight).
For other countries and heavier parcels, please email us at email@example.com and we can provide you with our latest shipping rates.
If you require international shipping, please do not select “Parcel Post” for your order, as this service is only available domestically within Australia.
ORDER DELIVERY PROCESS
All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday).
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your Junk Email inbox.
Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us.
If you do not receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email from us within 4 business days of placing your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number so that we can follow up for you. Before doing this, kindly check that our email has not been redirected to your Junk Email inbox.
If you do not receive your Purchase within 8 business days of placing your order, please email us.
After the order is processed and packed, Australia Post advises that it takes between 2 – 7 Business Days to deliver your parcel if you are in a major metro area. If you need your products quicker than this, please choose Express Post. For all regional areas, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

Tracking Your Order
Your individual tracking number will be sent to you by Australia Post.
If you do not receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking ID after you receive your Order Complete notification from STYLE STORY, please check your junk email inbox, as Australia Post emails are sometimes redirected here.
If you do not receive an Australia Post tracking email and your order has not been delivered within 8 business days, please contact us.
1. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year. Please check our ‘News and Promotions‘ page to see whether any known delays are currently affecting shipping.
2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “Returned to Sender” by Australia Post, marked “delivered” by Australia Post but are missing or packages that are delayed in transit.
3. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
